Starting at EMI Music in Cologne in 2001 and later moving to London before finding a home in Berlin, Teresa Pighin has gathered twenty years of local and international experience as a product manager and international music consultant. After thirteen years of working with the biggest local and international superstars in a major structure, she decided to go self employed and founded her own company.

Teresa Pighin now offers her experience to major labels as well as independent structures and works closely with a selected number of artists under her management arm.

She informed our participants about all legal and organizational challenges as a freelancer in GER, BE, GR, LUX. Teresa especially highlighted the most important obstacles.
