International A&R at Universal Music France
Adélaïde Deffond has been working with Universal Music France for 4 years, where she is mainly involved in French artists international development. Passionate about music from an early age and attracted to foreign countries and cultures, she graduated in Digital Communication after a year working at Trax Magazine (dedicated to electronic music & night culture).
Currently an International A&R, she is the key contact for international collaborations and A&R discussions between France and other territories. Her work is focused on developing more organic ways to break French artists on the international scene by coordinating international collaborations, production camps with artists from all over the world and digital A&R seminars for global teams.
